Candice Warner reveals her shock weight loss in first TV interview after being eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!

For the past three weeks she has had to survive on a meager diet of rice and beans.

So it’s no wonder that Candice Warner revealed a noticeably slimmer frame as she made her first TV appearance after being eliminated from I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!.

The mother-of-three, 39, appeared on The Project on Friday to discuss her time in the South African jungle, cheekily revealing to the panel that she stole rival Skye Wheatley’s lip gloss before leaving the camp.

Candice revealed her slender arms and prominent collarbones in a strapless blue dress during the interview.

Her cheekbones and jawline also appeared more chiseled than usual, no doubt due to the limited diet the reality show contestants were fed.

During her conversation with The Project, Candice spoke fondly of campmates Peter Daicos, Michelle Bridges, Frankie Muniz and Stephen K Amos.

β€œWe really were like a family by the end of my time in the jungle,” enthused the cricket WAG.

Reflecting on how much she missed her family while she was away, she told the panel, “There wasn’t a moment in the jungle when I didn’t think about them.”

However, apart from her daughters, Ivy, nine, Indi, seven, and Isla, four, did have a silver lining.

‘It was nice not having to make or pick up school lunches for a few weeks, I can’t lie. I enjoyed having Khan [Ong] cook every meal for me. That was an absolute treat.”

As for her plans after the show, Candice said she would head straight to India to reunite with her family and support husband David as he competes in the Indian Premier League.

Fans of the show were shocked when Candice was given the boot from I’m A Celebrity on Thursday night.

The athlete found himself in the nail-biting elimination alongside fellow contestants Peter Daicos and Stephen K Amos, but ultimately received the fewest votes from the Australian public.

But while Candice was sad her journey on the series had come to an end, she said she was “happy I get to see my beautiful family.”

The result was vindication for many fans, who were left heartbroken a night earlier after Denise Drysdale was eliminated from the jungle.

With ‘more than half a million votes’ cast to save their favorite stars, Denise, 76, was sent home but it seemed the television presenter was keen to leave.

Disappointed viewers then took to social media to express their frustrations over the former Studio 10 co-host’s departure, claiming fellow campmate Warner should have been eliminated instead.

β€œIt should have been CANDICE, she’s the next to go,” said one user.

“Australia has voted… It’s time to go Candice,” another added, while someone else agreed: “It’s time to go… Candice.”
