- Recently, she took some time to answer emails she received from strangers
- One troll insisted she was pregnant and slammed her 'bus driver pants'
A Canadian TV host was applauded after she delivered a strong response to trolls and shut down pregnancy rumors live on air.
Leslie Horton covers daily traffic and community events on Global News, and her most recent broadcast went viral after she took a moment to respond to an unsolicited email she received in which a viewer shamed her body and fashion choices.
After receiving an email congratulating her on her 'pregnancy' because she was wearing 'bus driver pants', the TV presenter – who has been hosting the show for 26 years – fired back.
Canadian journalist from Calgary berated viewers and demanded they 'think about the emails' [they] send” while sharing that she had to wear “bus driver pants” because she lost her uterus to cancer last year, and not because she was pregnant.
