A painter who has built a career making optical illusion art has shared some of his most perplexing work yet.

According to research conducted by Current Biology, people with a higher IQ have an easier time identifying shapes and details within an optical illusion.
They are naturally capable of ignoring the less relevant details of the image and honing in on specific shapes.
As a result, there have been suggestions online that only people with a high IQ can immediately spot the images in these illusions.
In this optical illusion, the viewer’s eyes are drawn into the corners of the face using the diamond shape.

He studied at the Royal College of Art in London and his work explores recurring themes of pattern.
