Camila Cabello and Lil Nas X’s night out in West Hollywood included a visit from first responders.
The pair surprised fans on Friday at Heart nightclub in West Hollywood, where they celebrated the launch of their single He Knows after getting stuck in an elevator.
‘The fact that we actually spent an hour in the elevator. Trauma band!’ wrote Lil Nas, 25, on Instagram with photos of the ordeal.
One photo showed the Grammy winner lying on a stretcher, apparently as a prank, while Cabello, 27, sat at his feet.
He also posed for a mirror selfie outside the malfunctioning elevator after he and the C,XOXO artist took some photos in their bathroom mirror.

Despite the chaos, their appearance seemed to remain intact as they arrived at the LGBTQ establishment, which until last month was partly owned by Lance Bass.
Cabello sizzled in a figure-hugging black latex sleeveless mini dress, which appeared to be inspired by Pamela Anderson in 1996’s Barb Wire, paired with a luscious mop of blonde locks.
The Fifth Harmony alum wore a pair of matching leather knee-high boots, featuring spray-painted silhouettes of naked women.
She completed the look with thin black sunglasses, jeweled stud earrings, a matching chain bracelet and a clear PVC handbag.
Lil Nas wore a sheer blue figure-hugging turtleneck printed with angels, clouds and peace signs, which teased a few inches of his midriff.
The Montero artist wore the top with deconstructed jeans covered in distress details and zippers, held up by a Western-style belt with silver jewels.
He completed the ensemble with a pair of furry white boots, a silver sword necklace and jeweled stud earrings.
The duo dropped He Knows earlier that day, ahead of Cabello’s fourth studio album C, XOXO, which debuts June 28.

FKA Twigs shared a video of the pair tackling a duet at Casa Cipriani after the Costume Institute Benefit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
After releasing her single “I LUV IT” in March, Cabello shared a statement explaining how some of the “emotional drama” in her love life inspired the song.
“Certain things in our human world make me feel like I’m in space, and the very rare few times I’ve had incredible chemistry with someone is one of them,” she said.
“Part of that cocktail is also the emotional drama between you and that person, and the chaos and butterflies and nerves and passion,” Cabello added.
“It’s unbearable and not peaceful and exhausting, but I enjoy it too.”
Cabello was previously in a relationship with Shawn Mendes from 2019 to 2021.
They briefly rekindled their romance last year before ending it for good.
Cabello is also romantically linked to Matthew Hussey and Austin Kevitch.
He Knows is now available for streaming and download. C, XOXO will be available from June 28.
