Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden have put their massive Beverly Hills estate up for sale for $17.8 million, according to People.
The 51-year-old Something About Mary star and the 45-year-old guitarist from Good Charlotte bought the property in 2020 for $14.7 million.
The seven-bedroom, 8.5-bathroom mansion is set on 4 acres of lushly landscaped grounds in the Benedict Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles.
The farmhouse-style home features French doors, fireplaces and high beamed ceilings in the main house and guest house.
The enormous master bedroom occupies an entire wing of the house and features two closets, two bathrooms, a sitting area, a dressing room and a fireplace.

Other amenities include a home theater and a pool with waterfall.
The gated grounds also offer stunning views, walking paths through hillside gardens, rolling green lawns and shady patios.
The couple also own a six-bedroom, 10-bathroom, nearly 10,000-square-foot mansion in Montecito, which they purchased in 2022 for $12.8 million, and a $9.5 million apartment in New York City.
Diaz also still owns her own apartment above the Sunset Strip in the Hollywood Hills.
Cameron and Benji have been busy preparing their home for sale.
The couple – who celebrated 10 years in January – welcomed son Cardinal in March.
They were already parents of daughter Raddix, who was born in December 2019.
This week, the release date for Shrek 5 was announced. In the new installment of the popular animated film series, Diaz returns in her role as Princess Fiona.
A post on DreamWorks Animation’s X/Twitter on Tuesday read: “Not too Far, Far Away…@Shrek 5 hits theaters July 1, 2026 starring Mike Myers, Eddie Murphy, and Cameron Diaz.”

Shrek the Third, released in May 2007, grossed $813 million worldwide, while the latest film in the series, Shrek Forever After, grossed $752 million worldwide after its release in May 2010.
