After sampling some of the best the restaurant had to offer, Diaz was seen leaving hand in hand with her husband, who is the lead guitarist for the rock band Good Charlotte, along with his identical twin brother, Joel Madden.

While Diaz publicly confirmed her retirement from acting in 2018, she hadn’t actually made a new movie since filming the musical comedy-drama Annie in 2013.
Then in June 2022, it was announced that he would return to acting and star alongside Foxx in Back In Action for Netflix.
In a new interview with entertainment tonight, The Django Unchained star shared how he was able to coax the longtime leading lady back into action, in part, by asking her a simple question.
‘Do you want to have fun? Just have fun! she asked her during their meeting over the summer. And I think that’s what led her to it.

Proudly taking credit for convincing her to end her retirement, Foxx maintains that we will all benefit from her return to acting.
‘Sometimes we miss special moments in our business, and I think this is a special moment. So we’re really glad it’s happening and we’re looking forward to it,” he explained.
Diaz and Foxx, 54, have worked together twice during their respective careers: on the sports drama Any Given Sunday (1999) and Annie (2014).
Principal photography on Back In Action began a little over two months ago, with production splitting time in Atlanta and London, according to The production list.
So far, no plot details have been released for the film, which is being directed by Seth Gordon, whose resume includes comedies like Horrible Bosses, Baywatch and Identity Thief.
