Caitlin Clark smashes ANOTHER incredible WNBA record after winning All-Star vote by miles
Caitlin Clark is already breaking WNBA records less than 20 games into her professional career.
The Indiana Fever guard was announced as a member of the league’s All-Star team, which will compete against the Olympic team she was not part of last month.
It is no surprise that Clark received by far the most votes with 700,735 votes.
The candidate who received the most votes in 2023 was A’ja Wilson, who received 95,860 votes.
Clark will have to put aside her growing rivalry with fellow rookie Angel Reese, as the Chicago Sky player is also on the All-Star roster.

It is no surprise that Clark received the most votes with over 700,000 votes.
The two superstars were selected to play in the 20th All-Star Game, amid a high-profile rivalry that has propelled the sport to new heights in recent months.
Last season they faced off in the national college championship, and in the pros their rivalry reached a fever pitch when Clark was hit in the face by Reese during Chicago’s win over Indiana a few weeks ago.
They only have to put their differences aside for one match, however, when they face the Paris Olympic team together. It was only a few weeks ago that they both found out that they were not making the selection for a match in Europe this summer.
Clark’s Indiana teammate Aliyah Boston received the second-highest number of votes, while Reese finished fifth with 381,518 votes.
The 22-year-old duo has been a boon to the WNBA in ratings, merchandise sales and attendance. They’ve also played well on the court, with Clark third in assists at 6.9 and Reese leading the WNBA in rebounds at 11.4.

The former LSU player has also broken records, recently becoming the first player in league history to record 10 consecutive double-doubles in a single season.
She finished with 10 points and 16 rebounds in her team’s 70-62 loss to the Minnesota Lynx on Sunday night, surpassing the record of nine double-doubles set by future Hall of Famer Candace Parker in 2015.
Initially it looked like Reese wouldn’t reach double points, but on Sky’s final drive she was fouled and went to the free throw line.
Although she missed the first free throw, her second shot brought her total to 10 points. The crowd went wild as her mother watched emotionally.
“She knows what she does best,” Sky coach Teresa Weatherspoon told reporters earlier this week.
“The one thing about her is she’s incredibly hard on herself. As far as rebounding the ball, we knew that would translate to [from college].
