Caitlin Clark says WNBA coverage STINKS as she gets set to return to the court after Chennedy Carter row

Caitlin Clark admitted how she felt about the WNBA coverage, with several stories surrounding her rookie season.

One specific question being asked is whether or not she is being targeted by veterans in the league, despite the eyes she has on women’s basketball.

The noise was amplified when Chicago’s Chennedy Carter appeared to shout “You b****” before bodychecking Clark during their June 1 confrontation. When asked how much attention she pays to the controversial assumptions, Clark shared her thoughts on the media’s portrayal of the league.

“Sometimes it stinks how much, you know, the conversation is outside of basketball and not about the product on the floor, and about the great players that are on the floor and how good they are for their teams and how great this season has been for women’s basketball ranging from college basketball to now the WNBA,” Clark said.

“I’m not on social media, so I don’t see much of it,” Clark added. ‘But you’d be surprised, I still have the TV on in the house and I watch sports. You are still aware of it. You still see it. But other than that my focus is on basketball.”
