Caitlin Clark is always on top no matter who she’s up against.
The No. 1 Draft pick brutally blocked a young boy while shooting hoops at a charity event in Indiana on Tuesday.
“Counted about 5 blocks today in this 1-1 matchup of @CaitlinClark22,” photographer Bri Lewerke captioned a video on X.
In the clip, the Fever star playfully blocked the youngster during Gainbridge Sports’ community event with Habitat for Humanity.
“That wasn’t fair,” the young boy said, to which Clark replied with a laugh, “Isn’t that fair?”

It came a day after Clark’s team suffered a 72-89 loss to the Connecticut Sun, and the superstar rookie was benched midway through the third quarter.
She finished with her fourth fewest points of the season, leaving three of eight points from the field for ten points – all in the first half. She picked up her fourth foul with 4:41 left in the third quarter and did not play in the final period.
The Iowa admitted she thought they “could have played with a lot better energy.”
“That wasn’t fair,” the young boy said, to which Clark replied with a laugh, “Isn’t that fair?”
It came a day after Clark had a low-scoring game during a loss to the Connecticut Sun
“This is a team you can’t be lax against, they’re just that good,” she told reporters Monday night.
“They’re going to punch you in the mouth, and I don’t think we had it from the jump and that’s obviously a little disappointing,” she continued.
“I thought we let little things frustrate us on the attacking side and we didn’t defend well… it’s not a recipe for winning a lot of games.”
Meanwhile, her coach Christie Sides defended the decision to pull her starters from the floor just over halfway through the game.

Clark admitted she thought the Fever ‘could have played with a lot better energy’
“We were down 28 and I wanted to put a group in there that would go out and play some defense,” she explained.
“I’m really proud of the group that went there… they played hard,” Sides added, before publicly criticizing the team for a perceived lack of effort.
“I’m going to start by saying that you can’t make a coaching effort at this level,” she said.
“I felt like we were just trying to ask them to keep playing hard, keep playing hard. You can’t start there. You can’t play in this league if you have to put in effort as a coach. It’s just too hard.’
