Caitlin Clark wasn’t thrilled about a grown man’s request for her to sign his hat at The RSM Classic Pro-Am, according to a new video.
The WNBA Rookie of the Year has been on the golf course lately as she was in Georgia on Wednesday after playing in The Annika Pro-Am in Florida last week.
And as Clark happily posed for a photo with some young fans on St. Simons Island, her smile immediately disappeared when a man asked to autograph his hat.
Clark agreed and scribbled her autograph on his hat, but didn’t appear to say anything to the fan before walking away.

Fans on the social platform believed that Clark knew the fan only wanted to sell the hat after getting it signed by Clark.
“…it sucks that grown men are like this like they’re not really fans of her 🙁 she knows she’s making that kid’s day while making that man some money in his pocket :/,” one person wrote.
Clark was joined by Tom Brady in the Pro-Am, with the basketball star playing with Zach Johnson and the NFL legend teaming up with world number 5 Ludvig Åberg.
Last week at The Annika Pro-Am, Clark nearly took a fan’s head off when she hit a fairway shot. But she showed some flashes of her still-improving golf skills with some brilliant approach shots.
She also had the opportunity to play alongside two of golf’s greatest icons, world No. 1 Nelly Korda and 10-time major winner Annika Sorenstam.
Korda played nine holes with Clark and was impressed with the Indiana Fever star.
“She’s definitely very talented. She took the ball very cleanly,” Korda said.
“She lost a few shots to the right, but I asked her how many times a week she plays and I think with the amount of commitments she has, she probably goes to the golf course once a week. So just play once a week, she played really well.”
While Clark has been practicing her golf outside of the WNBA this season, she reportedly won’t be involved in the first year of the breakaway league Unrivaled.
