A group of New Year’s Eve revelers have been caught on home security footage swimming naked at a lavish Byron Bay mansion.

‘Naked invaders’ broke into the home of real estate mogul Eddie Phillips on Lee Lane, known as ‘millionaires’ row’ in the iconic northern New South Wales city, on Sunday night around 3 am to walk around your pool with no clothes on.

Phillips was on vacation in Phuket, Thailand, at the time, but tuned in to his CCTV at night to find the intruders enjoying themselves.

The footage shows seven naked men frolicking in her 22m infinity pool, before being filmed twerking on her backyard steps.

The group allegedly destroyed around $10,000 worth of outdoor furniture, including hammocks, ceramic pots and a beloved statue inspired by the East Asian religion.

Mr Phillips (above) said he “would have turned a blind eye” to the group’s nude bathroom, but decided to press charges once they started destroying his furniture.

“These guys are going to be caught and they’re going to be charged by the police and then I’m going to take commercial legal action against them as well,” Phillips said.

The incident is being investigated by the Tweed Byron Police District.

Trespassers in NSW can be fined up to $550; however, the party will likely face a harsher penalty for excessive damage.
