A Byron Bay influencer has pleaded guilty to public nuisance after wrestling with a security guard on Sept. 16 when he was thrown from The Clock Hotel in Surfer’s Paradise for drunkenness.
Byron Baes star Jade Kevin Foster yelled “I have 1.2 million followers on Instagram” and yelled “c**ts” to security as he was knocked to the ground and held in the Gold Coast pub.
He wore a purple tracksuit and yelled, “I’m gay, I’m going to f**k your life.”

“I’ve got 1.2 million followers on Instagram, you’re going to lose your job – see my outfit, it’s worth more than your houses, c**t … this will look good on Instagram!” he heard raging.
Southport Magistrates Court heard that the Netflix star had previously issued a notice of infringement for a similar violation and was fined $827.
Foster’s attorney Brooke Winter said her client admitted his behavior was “disgusting” and that he suffered from alcohol consumption and mental health problems on the night in question.

He sent an email to our office saying: ‘I am ashamed and disgusted by the behavior I have shown and promise never to let this happen again,’ Mr Winter said, according to The Daily Telegraph.
“He has a four-year contract and he knows his actions can take all that away.”
Winter argued in court that the influencer, who earns enough from his social media posts and contracts with Netflix and Warner Bros., is involved in charities and recently won an award from the Australian LGBTQI Forum.
Southport Magistrates Court heard that the Netflix star had previously issued a notice of infringement for a similar violation and was fined $827.
However, Magistrate Michelle Dooley labeled Foster’s behavior “not acceptable.”
“It’s up to you to know what your drinking should be,” she told Foster.
“Everything else you have in your life is affected if you act this way in public — it took a lot of people effort and effort to restrain you.”
He was fined $1400 but spared him a conviction.
Foster rose to viral fame after being photographed with Kim Kardashian in 2014.
Foster’s attorney Brooke Winter said her client admitted his behavior was “disgusting” and that alcohol consumption and mental health issues affected him on the night in question.
He went on to star in Netflix’s Byron Baes and called himself “Australia’s biggest male influencer” in the reality series.
But social media talent agent and fellow colleague Alex Reid accused Foster of buying followers after he reportedly discovered 451,000 of his fans were from Turkey alone.
Foster recently hit back at claims he bought Instagram followers after the authenticity of his 1.2 million followers was questioned on the Netflix show.
The insights page confirmed that the majority of Jade’s followers are actually from Australia, New Zealand, UK and US.
This is strong evidence that his following is genuine and contradicts Alex’s claim that most of his followers are from Turkey.
