BUSINESS LIVE: BoE Expected to Raise Base Rate to 4.25%; Lloyd’s of London loses; Investment banks Cenkos and finnCap are going to merge
Today at noon, the Bank of England’s Monetary Policy Committee will publish its interest rate decision. Markets currently expect the base rate to be raised by 25 basis points to 4.25 percent.
