Fashion house Stella McCartney cuts losses to £10 million

Stella McCartney's fashion house cut its losses last year by making a turnaround.

The label, run by the daughter of Beatles legend Paul McCartney, says losses in 2022 fell to £10 million – compared to £32.7 million in 2021.

AstraZeneca agrees to buy Shanghai-based Gracell Biotech for £1 billion

AstraZeneca has agreed to buy a Shanghai-based pharmaceutical company for just under £1 billion as it bets on China's medical technology.

Britain's biggest drugmaker said yesterday it would acquire Gracell Biotechnologies for up to £950 million.
