An injured bushwalker has been rescued after spending a night on a mountain following a fall.
A helicopter carried the man in his 40s and another hiker to safety in Queensland’s Scenic Rim region on Sunday morning.
He was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a stable condition for treatment.

He is said to have fallen about five to ten meters on Saturday and suffered shoulder injuries.
The man and three friends had to spend a night on the mountain with emergency workers who had hiked to their location due to bad weather conditions.
The other uninjured bushwalkers were also taken to safety by another rescue helicopter.
