Promotion-winning Burnley goalkeeper Arijanet Muric tipped a waitress in Munich a whopping £8,800 (€10,000) after a boisterous night out in the German city, according to reports.
Muric spent the evening on a wave of generosity, treating his friends, his co-workers, and his waiter as he partied the night away – with the server in turn sharing her bumper bonus with her colleagues.
Chantal, 25, shared her story about the Kosovo international’s night out with friends with the German outlet Imagein which the business administration student praised her ‘very pleasant’ guest in her report of the evening.
In early April, Muric visited Munich nightclub Filmcasino with a group of friends, located in the German city’s Old Town, and was in a party mood, to the tune of a stratospheric bar bill of £31,752 (€36,000).
The almighty bill included nearly 40 bottles of Dom Perignon champagne and 10 other Armand de Brignac champagnes from Jay-Z, as well as four bottles of Moet & Chandon Nectar, a demi-sec champagne, and bottles of Chivas Regal, which were chilled in bathtubs next to the group tables.

The shot-stopper is also said to have bought a round for everyone at the club – favored by Bayern Munich stars and their entourages who want to go incognito – before paying a bar bill, including Chantal’s huge tip.
“I invited the whole house [and] shared my winnings with my colleagues,” Chantal revealed.
“I gave something to the bouncers, DJs, wait staff, even the toilet attendant.”
In her own part, Chantal added that she had settled on her dream pet: a Pomeranian Bulldog puppy, whom she has named Rolex.
“He just turned five months old,” she added.
The waitress noted that although she had received tips in the four-figure range, the bonus Muric had given her was by far her biggest, and apart from his generosity, Chantal described him as ‘a very pleasant guest, very accommodating’.

While the exact timeline of the player’s visit is not being revealed, there’s a chance Burnley’s promotion has put Muric in the festive mood.

The club now have their sights on the Championship trophy, breaking Reading’s record 106 points to complete their star-studded season.

Burnley paid £2.5 million for the keeper during the summer transfer window and he became their third signing to have progressed through City’s academy.
The Manchester giant added three clauses to his deal to ensure they benefit from the transfer in the future, including a buy-back option, the ability to match upcoming offers and a percentage of his next sale if they don’t want him offer.
After joining the club’s academy in 2015, Muric made just five starts for Pep Guardiola’s side in the 2018-19 Carabao Cup run before going on loan to NAC Breda, Nottingham Forest, Girona, Willem II and Adana Demirspor.
Despite also holding Swiss and Montenegrin citizenship, Muric chose to represent Kosovo on the international stage, and he has been capped 28 times for the 107th FIFA-ranked squad.
