Bulldogs five-eighth Matt Burton has ensured that an avid footy fan will not soon forget his ninth birthday.
In a clip shared on Twitter by The Cast Patrol, the 22-year-old can be seen setting up a signature sky-high bomb with some eager youths.
Burton didn’t hide his joy when one of the kids caught his left foot torpedo completely with ease.

And more good news for the 2021 premiership winner: Burton is expected to be part of coach Mal Meninga’s Kangaroos roster for the World Cup.
Bulldogs supremo Phil Gould revealed that the club has postponed ankle surgery for the off-season so that Burton can travel to the UK.
