Buffalo Bills WAG sends one-word message to Brittany Mahomes after rivalry showdown with Chiefs

Paige Buechele, the wife of Buffalo Bills quarterback Shane Buechele, ran into fellow NFL WAG Brittany Mahomes during Saturday’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

After the mega AFC match concluded, Paige sent Brittany a one-word message via social media: “reunited,” along with three teary-eyed emojis.

Buechele’s post was a response to a now-deleted Instagram story of the two in which Mahomes said “my girlllll” with her own teary-eyed emoji.

Shane was a backup quarterback for the Chiefs for the first two years of his NFL career before transferring to Buffalo.

That meant that while Patrick Mahomes and Shane Buechele held team meetings together, their wives became close friends off the gridiron.

The Bills defeated the Chiefs 30–21, ending the Chiefs’ perfect season and 15-game win streak.

This wasn’t Mahomes’ only trip to Buffalo since Buechele switched teams.

Kansas City played Buffalo in the postseason last year, with the Chiefs coming out on top en route to their third Super Bowl in the last five years.

This might not be the only time Mahomes and Buechele meet before the season is over.

Kansas City and Buffalo have the two best records in the AFC and are expected to be on another collision course in the postseason.

That next reunion could take place in Missouri, where they first met when their spouses were teammates.
