Umesh Revankar, Executive Vice Chairman at Shriram Finance, was previously Vice Chairman and Managing Director at Shriram Transport Finance Company. He has more than 35 years of experience in financial services. After starting his career with Shriram Group as an executive trainee in 1987, he held several key leadership roles within the company. He has been instrumental in making Shriram Transport India’s largest financier of commercial vehicles. He is the Chairman of the Finance Industry Development Council, the representative body of NBFCs for asset and loan financing.


Rajiv Sabharwal

Rajiv Sabharwal has been the Managing Director and CEO of Tata Capital since 2018. He has more than 29 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Previously, he worked as a partner at True North Managers LLP and served as an Executive Director on the Board of Directors of ICICI Bank responsible for various activities including retail and corporate banking. Sabharwal was also chairman of ICICI Home Finance and was on the board of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. He holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow.

Rakesh Singh


Aditya Birla Finance

Rakesh Singh, Managing Director and CEO of Aditya Birla Finance since 2011, has over 27 years of experience in the BFSI sector. Previously, Singh was a director on the board of directors of Aditya Birla Housing Finance. He has played a pivotal role in driving the growth trajectory of both the NBFC and the housing finance business. Before joining Aditya Birla Finance, Singh spent 16 years at Standard Chartered Bank, where he led the mortgage business in India. He completed advanced management programs at Harvard Business School and IIM Kolkata.
