Bryan Johnson claims he now only celebrates his birthday every 19 months – as the millionaire biohacker shares his ‘$16 a day’ diet

Anti-aging millionaire Bryan Johnson has claimed he now only celebrates his birthday every 19 months, successfully turning back the clock on aging in his quest for eternal youth.

Johnson, 46, claims he has reduced his anti-aging process by 0.64, which he says is his “personal record.”

“That roughly means that for every 12 months that pass, I now only age 7.6 months,” the entrepreneur, who claims to have turned back the clock five years, boasted in an new YouTube video titled “My $16 a Day Diet to Live to 200+.”

According to the California-based biohacker, a major part of his age reduction has to do with his diet, which he and his team have dubbed the Blueprint Diet.

Johnson, who made $800 million from the sale of his company Braintree, likened developing and refining his diet to creating software.

Johnson, 46, who claims to have pushed back his biological age by five years, says he has now reduced his aging process by 0.64 – which he says is his ‘personal best’

“My diet, my team and I have gone through a methodical process over the years,” he explained in the video.

“We built my diet like I built software at Braintree Venmo.

“When you build software, you build version one, and it moves to version two and version three – each version gets a little better.”

Johnson credits his new personal record to his Blueprint products, which he touted as “the best and easiest health protocol on the planet.”

The full range of Blueprint products retails on the website for $361, with each item containing 30 servings.

Johnson explained the rigorous testing he put his food through to determine an optimal healthy diet, saying he “combed through” all the scientific evidence and research to create the healthiest meals possible.

‘You remove the bad things and you add more good things [and] “I did the same thing with my diet,” he said.

Johnson eats a strict vegan diet, full of vegetables and without processed ingredients – including his Blueprint essentials, which contain ’26 essential nutrients’.

His go-to meals include:

The Green Giant

  • 20oz of water
  • 2 tablespoons chlorella powder
  • 2.5 grams of creatine
  • 20 g collagen peptides
  • 500 mg cocoa flavanols
  • 1 teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon

Super vegetarian

  • 300 g black lentils
  • 250 grams of broccoli
  • 150 g cauliflower
  • 50 grams of shitake mushrooms
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 g ginger root
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Nutty pudding

Johnson then explained that they then used that knowledge ‘in a program’ where ‘every calorie has to fight for its life.’

The millionaire – who claims he is the ‘most measured person in history’ – says his team tracks how his meals affect his body and function, all in the quest for optimal health.

He has shared previous versions of the diet on social media before, but reminded his audience that this is an ever-evolving process.

Johnson is now on a simplified version of the Blueprint Diet – including powders and pills to deliver vitamins – after initially starting his journey by consuming 80 vitamins and minerals a day.

‘When I wake up, the first thing I do is drink a longevity mix, [which contains] vitamin C, magnesium, calcium, alpha-ketoglutarate, glycine and ashwagandha,” he explained.

He then takes eight pills containing the mix, claiming they are made so that people of “all ages and genders” can safely consume.

‘[The] Blueprint Essentials contains 26 essential nutrients – I take three a day,” the anti-ager said.

After his morning supplement routine, Johnson works out an hour before breakfast, consuming his Super Veggie dish, which consists of fresh broccoli, cauliflower, black lentils, garlic, ginger, hemp and extra virgin olive oil.

He added that he sometimes also added an avocado and a bit of a “secret” product his team had been working on, which consisted of ground vegetables to help consume a daily dose of 300 grams of vegetables per day.

Johnson also makes sure to consume a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil with every meal, but says it’s essential that it meets the criteria or it won’t have the desired effect.

The former CEO’s next meal is a nutty pudding – also available on his plan – to which he sometimes adds olive oil.

Johnson has spent millions of dollars trying to reverse his physical age. He claims he now has the heart of a 37-year-old, the skin of a 28-year-old and the fitness of an 18-year-old after adopting the technology. highly regimented program in 2020.

He has received both criticism and admiration for his bizarre and shameless attempts to age himself, including swapping blood with his son, 17, and even tracking his erections.

The tech mogul also spoke about his skincare routine, sharing that he tries to minimize the time he spends in the sun by only going outside when he can, in the early morning or evening, when the UV index is low.

According to the anti-aging biohacker, his long-term skincare routine is working and he has already aged.

“My skin age was 64 on one of the markers, and on my recent reading I think it was between 37 and 42,” he said.
