Bruno Mars CANCELS sold-out concert in Tel Aviv as Hamas launches invasion of Israel and Benjamin Netanyahu declares: ‘We are at war’

Bruno Mars’ sold-out concert in Tel Aviv on Saturday night was canceled due to the bloody outbreak of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Hamas launched a surprise invasion of Israel from occupied Gaza that morning, firing a barrage of thousands of rockets and breaching the border by land, sea and air.

The number of dead in Israel exceeded 200, with at least 1,100 wounded and an unknown number of kidnapped civilians and soldiers. Israel responded with airstrikes over the Gaza Strip, killing more than 200, according to local health officials.

“Citizens of Israel, we are at war,” Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said, promising “that we will retaliate on a scale and intensity that the enemy has never experienced before.” The enemy will pay an unprecedented price.’

As the violence raged, Live Nation Israel announced that Bruno’s concert in Tel Aviv had been canceled and ticket prices would be refunded.

“Dear customers, Bruno Mars’ performance scheduled for tonight has been canceled,” the company wrote on Instagram in Hebrew.

“All ticket purchasers for the show will receive an automatic refund to the credit card with which the purchase was made.” We stand with the people of Israel, the fighters of the IDF and the security forces in these difficult times.’

The attack from Gaza began a day after the 50th anniversary of Egypt and Syria’s October surprise that sparked the Yom Kippur War.

As the attack unfolded this Saturday, Hamas gunmen rampaged through Israeli towns, shooting residents as well as soldiers.

Horrifying footage has emerged of militants kidnapping Israeli civilians, including grandmothers as well as bruised, bloodied young women.

The United Nations Security Council will hold a meeting on the conflict on Sunday, following a strong call by Hamas for other Muslim countries to join its war effort.

Chanting ‘Death to Israel!’ and ‘Death to America!’ echoed in Iran’s parliament, with the Taliban reportedly asking if Iran, Iraq and Jordan could allow them to pass through the three countries to “conquer Jerusalem.”

Bruno Mars played his first concert in Israel this Wednesday night, singing to an incredible 63,000 fans in Tel Aviv’s Yarkon Park.

Israelis traveled to Tel Aviv from all over the country for the sold-out performance, according to a local news agency Internet.

Onstage that night, Mars added a touch of local flavor to the proceedings, revealing that he had learned to say, “I love you” in Hebrew.

Saturday night was supposed to be his second and last show in Israel, also at Yarkon Park, before it was canceled due to the war.

Mars is still scheduled to compete in this week’s Qatar Grand Prix in Lusail, after which he will take a break before resuming the tour in Florida in December.
