Earlier on Tuesday, she shared a touching story about how a friend brightened her day with an act of kindness.

Friendship: Earlier on Tuesday, she shared a touching story about how a friend brightened her day with an act of kindness.

‘While passing through a school event for our children, I mentioned to my friend that our anniversary was tomorrow. Cut to, I get a text from my friend later that day saying that she left “something little” for me at my door. It was this sweet bouquet of flowers (pictured) with a note saying Happy Anniversary among other things,” she added.

Emma has also opened up about struggling with her husband’s condition, after he was diagnosed with aphasia in late March 2022, and it was revealed in February 2023 that he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia.

‘It got me thinking about how difficult these kinds of ‘special occasions’ can be for carers. Where normally our person would recognize the event, now their shifting brains simply can’t. And that is what it is,” she added in the post.

‘So my point is this. If you know someone who is caring for someone else, don’t ask what you can do, just do it,” Emma added.

‘This random act of kindness will honestly stay with me for a long time. I love you, Julia. You just made this day special for us,” Emma concluded, using the hashtags #randomactsofkindness #gratitude #friendship.

Just two days earlier, Emma and the entire family celebrated Bruce’s 68th birthday with a new video.

‘He is pure love. He is so loved. And I will always love him. Happy birthday my sweet,’ Emma began.

‘My birthday wish for Bruce is that you continue to keep him in your prayers and in the highest vibrations because his sensitive Pisces soul will feel it. Thank you so much for loving and caring for him too,” he added.
