Bruce Springsteen channeled his inner Travis Kelce ahead of his Las Vegas concert last week.
The rock legend, 74, performed on March 22 in Sin City, the site of Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl LVIII victory.
The Chiefs earned their third Super Bowl victory in five years with a thrilling 25-22 overtime win over the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium last month.
After the win, a jubilant Kelce belted out “Viva Las Vegas” – a nod to Elvis Presley’s classic 1964 hit – as he took the microphone on stage.
And Springsteen was clearly paying attention when he referenced the tight end’s celebration while giving his band a pep talk before taking the stage.

In a clip shared to his Instagram, Springsteen can be seen holding hands with the E Street Band members in a circle as he pumps them up for their performance.
“As Travis Kelce would say…” the music icon begins before asking one of his musicians to “do the honors.” The instrumentalist then belts out, “Viva Las Vegas!”
Springsteen even mentions Kelce’s last name with the correct pronunciation after the NFL star revealed in 2021 that it should actually be “Kels.” Kelce later insisted he was happy with both statements.
During last week’s show in Sin City, Springsteen & the E Street Band also performed a cover of Presley’s ‘Viva Las Vegas.’
Kelce’s Elvis-inspired rallying cry came as part of his onstage performance as he gave a victory speech for Chiefs Kingdom.
Kelce leaned into the microphone while holding the Vince Lombardi Trophy in his hands and shouted, “Chiefs Kingdom!”

“Whoa, hear this,” he continued. ‘We fought for our rights all night long. How about a little Viva Las Vegas… Viva Las Vegas… Viva… Viva… Las Vegas!’
The crowd seemed to enjoy the moment and the camera cut to girlfriend Taylor Swift, who looked like she was holding back tears on an emotional night.
Kelce then sang his traditional ‘Fight For You Right’ line, before insisting the Chiefs will do everything they can to seal a three-peat this time next year.
On stage, he told fans, “We get a chance to do it three times in a row… I’ll see you all next year.”
