David Njoku revealed the severe facial burns he suffered in Week 4.
The Browns tight end burned his face and arm in a domestic accident late last month, but didn’t miss a beat as he suited up for Cleveland against the Ravens.
And on Wednesday, the 27-year-old shared a photo of the burns he suffered, posting a photo of himself wearing sunglasses on Instagram.
“Legacy,” he captioned the photo.

Njoku also wore a balaclava to cover facial burns during his warm-up before the 28-3 defeat.
Fans were quick to congratulate him in the comments.
“The fact that you continued to perform even after this happened makes you an absolute legend,” one wrote in the comments.
“and he ran away 2 days after this unfortunate accident…” said another.
“This man is the baddest human being in the NFL,” said another. X.
Before the Browns’ Week 4 loss to the Ravens, Njoku was listed as questionable on the injury report.
According to The Athletic Diane Russinithe injury occurred while Njoku was lighting a fire pit in his backyard.
But he assured fans he would be active for the Ravens game, writing on X beforehand: “Flesh is a week.” See you tomorrow #DawgPound.’
He then showed up for his match with a beige mask, before warming up with a balaclava.
Cleveland had a bye last week but will face the 49ers on Sunday.
