An Australian TikTok star, whose videos have been viewed more than 50 million times, has been found guilty of brutally assaulting a man after a late-night incident.
Daily Mail Australia can reveal that Kyran O’Donnell, one half of social media sensation Brother Boys, was charged with common assault in September last year.
O’Donnell appeared in court in Wentworth, in the far south-west of New South Wales, in April and was found guilty of common assault, but he avoided conviction.
The assault for which O’Donnell was found guilty occurred at around 1am on Saturday 16 September 2023, when police were called to a business in Broken Hill following reports of an assault.
Police arrived and found a 38-year-old man with facial injuries. He was treated at the scene by paramedics. After investigation, police arrested a 34-year-old man.
He was taken to Broken Hill police station where he was charged with common assault.
O’Donnell was granted conditional bail to appear in Broken Hill District Court in November.
In April this year, O’Donnell was sentenced to a two-year conditional release period, which will run until April 1, 2026.

The conditions of the release order are that O’Donnell must not commit any criminal offences while subject to the order.
O’Donnell, along with his brother-in-law and best friend Bill Cooper, who has Down syndrome, have become a TikTok sensation by making videos about their unique relationship.
They have over a million followers.
Their videos often feature comedy sketches, dance moves and messages about embracing differences.
“Twenty-three million people saw the first video we uploaded to TikTok and it’s only grown since then,” O’Connell told the ABC.

The couple first met when O’Donnell began a relationship with Bill’s sister Lucy more than a decade ago.
“You wouldn’t expect us to be a duo like the two of us,” O’Donnell told the ABC.
“It’s the diversity. I think people appreciate that and the reactions are so positive.”
Earlier this week, the duo learned they would be special guests on country star Luke Combs’ upcoming Australian tour.
