Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims announce their premature baby boy is finally home from ICU

Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims finally have their newborn baby home – 20 days after he was born.

The couple announced the birth of their baby boy Crew on August 3, but Jena revealed he was born on July 27, six weeks before his due date.

Sims took to Instagram to cheer that the crew had finally arrived at his home, and thanked Florida’s Jupiter Medical Center for its work.

“Day 20: The one where Crew goes home,” Sims wrote on Instagram on Thursday afternoon.

Thank you to the angels on earth in the @jupitermedicalcenter NICU for taking such good care of our baby through 20 long days and nights. He’s us now.’

“Leaving the hospital without your baby is something I wouldn’t wish on anyone,” Jena shared in a previous post, revealing that Crew had to be in the NICU after his birth.

“It’s the hardest thing we’ve ever done. There is so much room in my heart for NICU parents and those unable to bring their babies home.

“We’ve visited him as much as possible and we know he’s getting the absolute best care.”

Jena revealed that Crew had to be delivered by C-section to “get him here safely.”

“Cesarean section wasn’t my first choice, but it was the only way to get him here safely,” she wrote.

The couple met on The Masters in 2015 and officially tied the knot in a stunning beachfront wedding in Turks and Caicos in June 2022, surrounded by their close friends and family.

Jena made the top seven of Sports Illustrated’s Swim Search finalists and has continued to walk the runway during June’s Miami Swim Week throughout her pregnancy.

Ms. Koepka is also an actress, best known for her role in the infamous Sharknado movies.
