Brooke Blurton has revealed that her ‘an insecurity’ is her arms.
In a series of videos shared on Instagram Stories Monday, the former Bachelorette star said she covered her arms in a blazer that day because of a comment an old boyfriend once made to her.
“I wore a long sleeve over this dress today because I didn’t feel confident in my body. These are my only insecurities,” the 27-year-old said.

“An ex-boyfriend told me I once had manly arms and it really stuck with me.”
Brooke said she even stopped working on her arms at the gym because she was concerned about “looking manly.”
“I didn’t train to look a certain way, I just like weights. I gain muscle very easily. [But] he said I had manly arms and that didn’t appeal to him.’

“An ex-boyfriend told me I once had male arms and it really stuck with me,” she said
She continued, “So I stopped doing that kind of workout because I didn’t want him not to be attracted to me.”
Brooke said she was disappointed in herself because that comment still had an impact on her daily life years ago.
“Don’t listen to what other people say about your body,” the former reality star advised her fans.

‘I am so proud of my body and what it can do. I’ll take care of it, it’s a craft, so if I’ve got manly arms, who cares!’ she concluded.
Brooke, who rose to fame on the seventh season of The Bachelorette in 2021, recently released her memoir, Big Love.
