General Hospital character Molly Lansing-Davis is being recast for a second time, just months after original actress Haley Pullos was charged with drunk driving.
Brooke Anne Smith, 39, will now take over the role in the long-running ABC soap opera.
After her arrest in May, the role of 25-year-old Haley was first given to actress Holiday Mia Kriegel.
However, after a few weeks, Holiday was replaced by Smith, who made her debut on the show on July 19.
It is not known whether Smith will take on the role permanently or whether she will fill in for the time being.

Haley originally played the role of Molly since 2009, prior to her DUI.
Pullos was charged with a felony drunk driving charge in connection with a near-fatal car crash in April.
She was also charged by the Los Angeles County District Attorney with felony driving with a .08 Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) and felony hit-and-run.
The actress has pleaded not guilty with a preliminary hearing that will take place in July.
Pullos reportedly drove the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Pasadena while drunk and collided head-on with another car traveling at 60 mph.
The actress also collided with an Oldsmobile driven by a 27-year-old woman from Fontana in the westbound lane just before the horrific collision.
She was taken to hospital where she was later arrested for drunk driving and the earlier hit and run.
The other driver, Courtney Wilder, also had to be taken to hospital in critical condition after the April 29 accident.

Wilder, 23, is also suing Pullos, because she was driving the wrong way on an off ramp and he didn’t have time to react when he saw her headlights approaching.
Wilder says he suffered permanent injuries and his car was declared a total loss in the aftermath, and is suing the actress for damages.
First responders on scene found Pullos smelling of alcohol, with slurred speech and glassy eyes.
Police then searched her 2019 white Ford and found marijuana edibles and tequila miniatures.
In May, Pullos was spotted by DailyMail.com when he checked into a luxury rehab facility in Malibu.
She was taken to the $2,600 a week detox and residential treatment center by her father.
The luxury rehabilitation center offers various treatments for alcohol and drug addiction, ranging from a ten-day detox to a more intensive medication-assisted treatment with a 24-hour residential option.
An intensive outpatient program is then offered as a transition, as well as an aftercare program for those who use the facilities.

Seriously: Both Pullos and Courtney Wilder survived the collision, with the latter suffering serious injuries
Crash: Authorities say Pullos was driving on California’s 134 Freeway just before 1:30 a.m. on April 29 when she crashed head-on
Wilder claims in the court documents for his lawsuit that Pullos should never have been behind the wheel on April 29 and at the very least should have stopped driving when she was involved in a collision earlier that evening.
He also claims that at the scene, Pullos punched a firefighter who was assessing her injuries and yelled, “This is a $400 f****** shirt!”
He argues that Pullos cared more about an “overpriced shirt” than the safety and well-being of the crash victims.
Authorities confirmed that the driver of the first car suffered no serious injuries, and a police report added, “It was determined that Haley Pullos was involved in a traffic accident that occurred in the city of Pasadena before he went the wrong way onto highway SR-134 eastbound.”
She then swerved and ended up on the east runway, where she collided with an oncoming Kia traveling at 100 km/h.
The driver of the Kia, who was only identified as a 23-year-old man at the time, was seriously injured and rushed to hospital.
According to a police report, Pullos was unable to get out of her wrecked car and was also injured.
The Pasadena Fire Department had to use the jaws of life to get Pullos out of her vehicle before she was taken to Huntington Hospital.

Once there, it is claimed, she was aggressive and fought the hospital staff before she had to be sedated.
Pullos announced in the aftermath of the crash that she was temporarily replaced on the show General Hospital.
Pullos played Molly Lansing-Davis on the long-running show in about 500 episodes of the soap.
She also appeared in an episode of the medical drama House and was nominated for a Daytime Emmy Award in 2015 for her role in General Hospital.
And she starred in the pilot episode of Dollhouse, and also starred in Ghost Whisperer as young Melinda.
In 2020, she took on the role of Bella Schmerz in The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia.
