Bronny James is CLEARED by doctors for a full return to basketball and will practice with USC next week just four months after suffering cardiac arrest

LeBron James’ son Bronny James has been cleared to make a full return to basketball four months after suffering cardiac arrest.

Bronny went into cardiac arrest during a training session with USC at the school’s Galen Center on July 25 and was later found to have a congenital heart defect.

Bronny warmed up with his teammates before a game earlier this month and LeBron and his family have confirmed that he has now been cleared to compete on the court again.

“Bronny James has now been cleared by his doctors for a full return to basketball. Bronny will have a final evaluation with the USC staff this week, resume training next week and return to competition shortly thereafter,” a statement from the James family said.

“The James family would like to express their gratitude to the incredible medical team, the entire USC community and especially the countless friends, family and fans for their love and support. Fight on!’
