A younger driver wearing a manbun is seen jumping out of his white ute and approaching an older motorist in a blue BMW sedan while shouting at him in a foreign language.

As cars honked, the younger man lunged at the older driver, who cowered behind his car, with the knife.

The aggressor then picks up the bicycle and walks back to work with it before throwing it in jail.

‘It makes me paranoid and anxious. It’s not good (but) it’s normal for the area,” he said.
“Something like this happened to me centuries ago.”
Business owners near the Olsen Place shopping strip where it happened said the area is full of crime.
Victorian police are now investigating the bizarre incident but no arrests have been made.
