The wedding bells rang as Brittany Hockley celebrated her sister Sheri’s wedding earlier this week.

The co-host of the Life Uncut podcast, 35, looked stunning as she shared several photos and videos from the special day on Instagram.

Sheri married Jay Hothi, who is of Indian descent, and the couple held a traditional Indian wedding surrounded by relatives.

“Today my sister and best friend got married to her best friend,” Brittany wrote in her first message.

“It was full of love, culture, color and family. It was perfect, just like them, and I can’t wait to show you more.

“Sheri is the closest person in the whole world and I’m just so proud.”

“The most magical day in the world to watch these two souls become one,” she wrote.

“You want nothing more in life to know that those closest to you are loved, safe and happy, and I know more than that Sheri, you will have the most beautiful life.”

Sheri and her husband will later host another wedding that Brittany says will be ‘Scottish/Australian’.

The radio host then gave fans an update on her “long-lost lehenga” misplaced by Singapore Airlines after her brother-in-law’s family arranged to fly the Indian bridesmaids’ dresses from abroad to Australia.

“I really felt so special in this beautiful outfit. After getting lost on a plane from abroad, my beautiful bridesmaid outfit showed up at 8pm the night before the wedding (630am),’ she revealed.

“I’m so grateful to Jay’s family for picking it and bringing it, and thankful it was on time so I could emulate my beautiful sister and brother-in-law on their magical day.

‘Also extremely grateful that our families were able to get to know each other’s culture… can’t wait to show you the Scottish/Australian wedding! What a wild week.’

She concluded her post, writing, “I hope I find this kind of love.”

Several followers praised the former reality star for sharing the beautiful photos.

‘I can’t handle these pictures! So beautiful,” wrote another.

‘A million times wow!! You both look absolutely gorgeous and I hope it was the best day ever,” someone added.

A day before the wedding, Brittany revealed that Singapore Airlines had lost a bag containing the dresses for all the bridesmaids at Sheri’s wedding.

The suitcase containing all the outfits was lost by the airline and the former Bachelor star said she was unable to contact them.

Brittany took to Instagram to ask if any of her Gold Coast followers had a saree she could borrow for the ceremony.

Luckily there was no need to borrow a last minute piece of clothing as the dresses arrived by courier with only 11 hours left before the wedding.

The saga started on Monday with Brittany explaining: ‘It’s 1:30 pm and the wedding is tomorrow at 7:30 am and I don’t have my bridesmaid dress, my sari. It’s not even my wedding and I could cry.

Brittany later looked much more relaxed in photos of her sister’s Mehndi, a pre-wedding party for the bride and her best friends where henna is applied to all fours

“Jay’s family came from abroad and they brought the saris with them. Singapore Airlines has lost the suitcases. Fine, it happens.

“They said it would be delivered again; It does not have. They don’t have a contact card, I can’t reach them.

‘I don’t know what I’m going to do. This is such a long opportunity, but do I have any followers on the Gold Coast who have a saree I can borrow?

“It doesn’t even have to be a bridesmaid saree. I’m just trying to save my sister and her wedding.”

Brittany shared photos of Sheri getting her henna completed during the pre-wedding ceremony

She went on to explain that she was specifically looking for a lehenga, or a two-piece lehenga, and that she was “very stressed” about the situation.

Fortunately, disaster was averted when the bag arrived at 8pm, just 11 hours before the wedding was set to begin.

“Guys, my sari will be delivered by courier and will arrive at 8pm tonight,” she wrote on Instagram, before thanking her followers for their help.

“We’re back on track in the nick of time. Classic Hockley behavior.’
