The former Bachelor star flaunted her toned figure and showed off her ripped abs in a bikini on Sunday as he enjoyed it during a day out at Tamarama Beach.
The 36-year-old stunned in the chic blue swimwear, initially covered with white shorts.
Brittany appeared to go makeup-free for the outing, her brunette locks flowing from under a sporty cap.
She walked her dog on a leash across the lawn before going into the water for a dip.

‘I have let myself down in recent years. But what I always make time for is exercising, that is my self-care,” she said earlier Mommy.
Brittany went on to say that she walks every day and “puts in some serious miles” to tire out her Australian Shepherd, Delilah.

‘Food is life! I am strong, fit and healthy and I eat what I want, in moderation, because life is about balance,” she wrote on Instagram in 2019.
‘I love what my body can do. It’s so good for my mental health, it gives me energy and I don’t feel like myself if I haven’t at least gone outside for a walk.’
She said she is “older, rounder and stronger” and has decided to put her personal health and happiness above all the fad diets and exercise.
Instead, Brittany said she focuses on walking a lot and maintaining a balanced diet, rather than trying to aim for a specific body type.

Earlier this year, she revealed to her Instagram followers that most of her secrets include a consistent gym routine, a balanced diet, and the occasional indulgence.
‘We’re all about balance. A few treats here and there never hurt anyone. It’s about making the choices that make you feel good, both inside and out,” she explained.
Brittany’s relaxed lifestyle is a far cry from the strict diet and exercise routine she followed after coming second on The Bachelor in 2018.
