Brittany Cartwright and her estranged husband Jax Taylor wear their Wildcat colors as they arrive separately to his bar in LA for a March Madness party

Vanderpump Rules star Brittany Cartwright and her estranged husband Jax Taylor arrived separately at a March Madness party on Thursday night.

While entering his sports bar, Jax’s Bar, in Los Angeles, the reality star, 35, and father of one, 44, both wore the Kentucky Wildcats colors of blue and white.

Cartwright, who is originally from Winchester, Kentucky, wore a light gray crew neck with her home state on her chest and distressed light wash jeans with rips on her knees and thighs.

She rocked a black leather handbag with silver hardware over her shoulder, white sneakers and long brunette locks in a messy bun.

Taylor wore a “Death Row Records” hoodie, a black upside-down baseball cap and Nike pants.

Despite splitting last month after four years of marriage, the duo is committed to spending time together while promoting their new series, The Valley, and as co-parents to their adorable son Cruz, who will be turning three next month is becoming.

Earlier this week she told DailyMail.com that she is still ‘very much’ in love with her ‘handsome’ husband and hopes to expand their family.

Speaking at The Valley’s premiere party, she said, “I feel like I see Jax across the room and I’m like, ‘He looks so handsome.’ I still love him very much. It’s a tough time, right? It’s still fresh, so yeah, it’s still fresh.

‘I don’t even know what it would mean if someone were to win my heart now. I guess it’s just like, I don’t know. It’s too early to even think about it.”

She continued, “I still live in an AirBNB. I’m still taking time for myself, trying to figure out what I want to do, if I want to go back to that relationship or if I decide I want to do something else.

“And I never thought I would get to that point because I was literally Jax’s ride or die.”

Brittany previously reconciled with Jax in 2017 after it was revealed he cheated on her with their co-star Faith Stowers.

She said she “stuck with him” during their tumultuous times, but said the constant fighting in front of their young son was the last straw for her breaking away.

“Everyone knows he has insulted me so many times and I still stand by him,” she said. “But after I had my son, I think it woke me up a little bit and made me realize what I deserve and what he deserves.

‘And a happy family is more important than constantly trying to make everything work. Cruz doesn’t deserve to see his parents fight. That’s not okay. And Jax is a great dad. He’s just not a great husband.”

She continued, “And I’m not perfect either. I turned into an ab**chy Brittany, which I’m not, because everything he did just irritated me and made me angry.

“We were constantly fighting, and that’s why I noticed it and thanks to my son I realized that that wasn’t okay.”

When asked if she wanted a brother or sister for Cruz, with or without Jax, she replied, “Oh, definitely. Yes. Another. Probably another one.’

Brittany spoke last week at the premiere party for the upcoming Bravo series, The Valley, which was held Thursday night at Jax’s bar in Studio City.

The former couple avoided each other, only coming together when it was time to take official press photos, before going back to keeping their distance.

Brittany spent the night with her friends, including co-stars Kristen Doute and Michelle Lally, as well as her publicist Lori Krebs, and comedian Heather McDonald.

Jax hung out with executive producer Alex Baskin, Bachelor In Paradise’s Wells Adams and some of his former Vanderpump Rules castmates, including Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval.

Speaking about his marriage, Jax told DailyMail.com: “We are divorced. I don’t want to go into too much detail about this. I’m going to tell you now that we broke up.

‘Our biggest concern is our son. And take care of him and make sure he has two happy parents. We have companies together and that’s really all I want to say.

‘I don’t know what the future holds. Every day is new now, but hey, that’s about it. That’s exactly all I had to say about that.’

Jax’s co-stars on The Valley defended the reformed Lothario against accusations of cheating, with Zack Wickham insisting: “I can tell you he’s 100 percent not cheating.”

Kristen added, “I’m literally with Jax and Brittany almost every day and I’ve never heard anything. I never thought that. If I thought that, I’d be the very first person to call him.’

Brittany and Jax started dating in 2015, two years before he admitted to being unfaithful.

But they stayed together and got engaged in 2018, married in June 2019 and welcomed their son Cruz in 2021.

They remained together until last month, when Brittany revealed she had split from her husband during an episode of their podcast, When Reality Hits.
