Britney Spears will NOT pay spousal support to Sam Asghari as divorce is settled… amid fresh concerns for her mental health after medics escorted her out of Chateau Marmont

Britney Spears will not have to pay spousal support to her third husband, Sam Asghari, under the terms of their divorce settlement.

They separated last July after 13 months of marriage and Asghari, 30, filed for divorce in August, citing irreconcilable differences.

Rumors swirled that Asghari believed Spears had cheated on him with an associate at her Calabasas mansion.

The former couple reached a divorce settlement this week and court documents have now revealed that neither party will be ordered to pay alimony.

Both Spears and Asghari will be officially declared ‘single’ on December 2, 2024, the day she turns 43 years old, according to E! News.

They split last July after 13 months of marriage and Asghari, 30, filed for divorce in August, citing irreconcilable differences

Shortly after Asghari filed for divorce, it was reported that he would not be able to receive spousal support due to his prenuptial agreement with Spears.

The deal would see Asghari receive “$1 million for every two years of marriage,” rising to $10 million after 15 years, a source said. We weekly.

Because he filed for divorce only fourteen months after the marriage, he is not eligible for alimony under the terms of such a contract.

Meanwhile, in the early hours of Thursday morning, paramedics escorted Spears from the Chateau Marmont – sparking concerns that the singer is suffering from a ‘mental health crisis’.

Hours later, the pop star issued a public statement claiming the drama unfolded after she was “set up” by her mother Lynne Spears.

Spears sounded tearful as she shared two Instagram videos that showed her “twisted” right ankle, which looked painful and swollen.

It was originally claimed that Spears suffered the injury after an alleged altercation with her felon ‘ex’ Paul Richard Soliz at the famous Los Angeles hotel, but the singer insists she fell while ‘doing a jump’ in her room.

Like her first statement on the matter, she claimed that paramedics came to her hotel room “illegally” and “caused a huge scene, which was so unnecessary and all I needed was ice.” [for my ankle].’

In her caption, Spears then shifted the blame to mom Lynne, accusing the 68-year-old of somehow being “involved” in the ordeal.

‘I know my mother was involved!!! I haven’t spoken to her in six months and she called right after it happened before the news broke!!!’ wrote the Toxic hitmaker.

This comes as a shock to fans as it was reported late last year that Lynne and Britney were working to ‘fix’ their relationship when they reunited for Britney’s 42nd birthday in December.

Spears claims she was ‘set up’ by her mother Lynne Spears as she continues to share her truth about what really happened when paramedics escorted her out of the Chateau Marmont – sparking concerns that the singer is suffering from a ‘mental health crisis’

The superstar, 42, sounded tearful as she shared two Instagram videos that showed her “twisted” right ankle, which looked painful and swollen

She continued, “I was just as trapped as she was, way back when!!! I wish I had grandparents!!! I can not stand her!!! I honestly don’t care, I’ll say so

Britney concluded her post by speaking out about her longtime attorney, Mathew Rosengart, who she says is “like a father” to her. She also included a photo of Rosengart.

‘Psss this man is amazing!!! He is like a father to me and he got me through last night!!! I adore and admire you, Mr. Mathew!!!’

The videos Britney shared were intended as proof that she had indeed sprained her ankle.

Calling herself a “damn idiot,” she explained that she “tried to do a jump in the living room of the castle and I fell, embarrassed myself and that was it.”

She continued: “Paramedics came to my door illegally and obviously caused this huge scene which was so unnecessary and all I needed was ice. [for my ankle].

‘But yeah, [my twisted ankle] It’s actually pretty bad, but things happen,” the star concluded.

Shortly after, Britney shockingly shared a video of herself dancing in a sparkly costume and heeled boots in her Thousand Oaks home. It’s unclear if the video is new or from Britney’s archives.

“Okay, I did some messing around and I thought this costume was gorgeous!!! I used to do shows in Vegas with two layers of pantyhose on my legs!!!’ wrote the star, who had a Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood from 2013 to 2017.

She continued, “They never showed me my real legs!!! It felt a bit weird and crazy having a costume in my living room!!!’

Britney then referenced the late Prince, who wore flamboyant outfits both on and off stage.

“Well, Prince dressed up in costumes in his house every day of his life!!! He chose specific dancers to entertain him when he was bored!!! Useless information,” she concluded.

Fans slammed the actor for making the post amid concerns about Britney’s mental health and physical well-being.

Earlier Thursday, Spears broke her silence following the alleged altercation with her criminal boyfriend at the Chateau Marmont, stating that she is now moving to Boston.

The pop star shared a lengthy statement on Instagram with some explosive claims, including that the paramedics had “illegally” arrived at her room at the legendary Sunset Boulevard hotel.

She wrote: ‘Just to let people know…the news is fake!!!

‘Right now I would like respect for people to understand that I am getting stronger every day!!! The truth is worthless, so can someone teach me to lie? [laughing while crying emoji]??? Goddesses out there, I am reaching my higher power and besides, I hope you are too!!!

‘! I need a new toothbrush now [ two rolling eyes, two laughing while crying, one monkey covering eyes, and one champagne bottle emojis]

‘PS…I need an espresso [six pink rose emojis]!!! PSS…I’m not sure why I feel the need to share this…’

The star concluded the statement by trying to explain why she felt compelled to explain herself while announcing the new major American city she will be moving to.

Britney continued: ‘I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m b****y… s***!!! I also sprained my ankle last night and paramedics showed up at my door illegally.

‘They never came into my room, but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston!!! Peace [peace hand sign emoji]’

However, a source close to Britney told DailyMail.com: ‘She was in Hollywood to celebrate the finalization of her divorce. She sprained her ankle at the hotel and someone from the hotel called the ambulance to ensure they would not be held liable for any injuries she suffered.”

The source added: ‘When the ambulance comes, the police come. She was resting when they arrived, hence the blanket and pillow. They examined her and left after determining it was not serious. Of course, this threw her off. And no, she’s not moving to Boston.”
