Britney Spears told police she badly needed to use the bathroom after she was pulled over on traffic stop for crossing double yellow lines … in second traffic violation in less than a month

Britney Spears told a police officer she urgently needed to go to the bathroom when she was pulled over earlier this month after seeing double lines.

The grammy-winning singer, 41, was seen in newly acquired police bodycam footage obtained by TMZ after a California Highway Patrol officer pulled her over at her home in Thousand Oaks, California, on October 6.

The Oops!… I Did It Again singer told the officer – who had previously stopped her on September 10 for an alleged speeding ticket – that she urgently needed to relieve herself while on her way to her home.

“I’m so sorry, I have to go to the bathroom… it’s about to come out,” she told the officer. “Sorry, my house is over there.”

Spears asked for her driver’s license and registration and said her security team had her passport and driver’s license after she returned from a trip.

The CHP officer told Spears he was not intentionally trying to stop her, but was looking for motorists who were speeding or crossing double yellow lines.

He issued the Toxic artist a citation for crossing the double yellow lines and advised her she was free to go and drive safely. Spears was fined $327, payable on November 21 TMZ.

In California, it is illegal to cross solid double yellow lines on the road unless you are turning left at an intersection, entering a private road or driveway, riding in a carpool, or instructed to do so by construction workers.

The violation occurred after Spears was ‘pulled and ticketed’ driving without a driver’s license or proof of insurance in her car by CHP on September 10, just a month after her estranged husband Sam Asghari, 29, filed for divorce, according to court documents obtained by The explosion.

In that conversation, which TMZ posted bodycam footage, the CHP officer told the pop star that she had been clocked driving 60 miles per hour, 33 miles per hour, over the 60 mile per hour speed limit.

The star was initially stopped for speeding in her white Mercedes, and police allege she did not have a “valid driver’s license in her possession” and failed to “provide proof of financial responsibility to a peace officer.”

“I’m sorry, I’m so sorry, please forgive me,” the Womanizer singer told the officer, who noted that he had pulled over the singer for speeding and “gave her a break last time.”

Spears was unable to produce her driver’s license, registration or proof of insurance for the vehicle because she had just returned from overseas and it had been in the possession of her security staff.
