Britney Spears suffers a loss of almost 2 million dollars in her Calabasas mansion when she accepts the final offer of 10.1 million dollars

Britney Spears suffers a nearly $2 million loss on her Calabasas mansion when she accepts a final offer of $10.1 million — after initially listing it for $12 million.

Britney Spears will reportedly suffer a financial loss from the sale of her Calabasas mansion, having accepted an offer of $2 million less than its asking price.

The pop singer, 41, originally listed her lavish digs for $12 million, but accepted an offer of around $10.1 million, $1.7 million less than she had expected, according to TMZ.

Britney and her husband Sam Asghari, 28, bought the luxury residence last year for $11.8 million before putting it back on the market just six months later.

The strongest singer felt ‘too exposed’ living in the mansion, according to TMZ.

The buyer is reportedly a Texas-based personal injury lawyer.

When it became known that she had decided to separate from the house, TMZ reported that it was because she had not ‘fallen in love’ with him.

Britney bought the stunning California mansion on June 14, 2022 and was said to have “loved” the $11.8 million rig as it was important to own her home without approval after her 13-year conservatorship.

The pop star will still have his luxurious Thousand Oaks mansion to fall back on, which he bought in 2015 for $7.5 million. According to TMZ, he currently lives at that property.

In July, Britney called her latest home “still under renovation” and referred to her Thousand Oaks estate as her “old home.”

The home is just down the street from her ex-husband Kevin Federline and their two sons Sean, 17, and Jayden, 16.

Their spacious new six-bedroom home, which used to be owned by Justin and Hailey Bieber, is over 12,000 square feet and sits on 1.6 acres, according to Pop Crush.

Located in the Estate At The Oaks neighborhood, the new deck is decked out with custom chandeliers, a wine cellar, a movie theater, and a pool with waterfalls and a water slide.

Their new neighbors included other newlyweds: Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian Barker.

The singer’s nearly 14-year guardianship under the control of her father Jamie Spears finally ended in November 2021.

The news comes shortly after Britney responded to claims her loved ones staged a botched intervention out of fear she “could die” amid alleged mental health issues.
