Britney Spears’ sons ‘moving to Hawaii with her ex Kevin Federline WITHOUT saying goodbye to her’ in final blow to singer

Britney Spears’ sons are reportedly moving to Hawaii with her ex Kevin Federline without saying goodbye to her.

Sources told TMZ that the singer’s sons are leaving California on Tuesday and have no plans to see their mother beforehand.

Federline, 45, has sole custody of Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and moves from LA with his kids and wife Victoria Prince. The family is reportedly renting a property while looking for a more sustainable home.

It is thought that Kevin encouraged his sons to see their mother before they leave, but does not force him.

Sources also claimed that Kevin is relieved Britney didn’t fight the move in court as she feels she did the right thing by letting her boys move. MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Britney Spears and Kevin Federline for comment.

Kevin’s plans to move his sons to Hawaii first came to light in May, and a source told DailyMail.com at the time that Britney has always supported the move.

The source said Britney has “always been a loving and supportive mother” and has never opposed the plan to have her sons move out – despite Federline threatening legal action over Spears’ failure to respond to the move request .

The source said: ‘Britney loves her children, has always supported them and wants them to be happy.

“Apart from being an icon, loved and respected by millions around the world, she has been a loving and supportive mother who has faithfully supported her children.”

The source also slammed Federline for creating a “false dispute” while Spears never interfered in his plan to move their children to Hawaii.

This comes after Federline gave ex Spears a deadline to approve his plan to move their sons to Hawaii – or threatened to go to court to have a judge approve the move.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TMZ he had asked Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, “several times” to send a letter or email saying the pop star was “okay with the move.” , but he received nothing.

It was also alleged at the time that Britney hadn’t seen her sons for “over a year.”

Britney has previously shared her grief over having a strained relationship with her beloved sons.

Last year, the singer admitted that a “part of her died” because she had not seen her sons for six months and they did not attend her wedding to Sam Asghari.

Kevin, meanwhile, said the “guys have decided they’re not seeing her now,” noting that it’s been a rough few months for them since a judge ruled to terminate her 13-year-old conservatory.

It was also alleged at the time that Britney’s marriage to Sam Asghari was in ‘major trouble’ due to the pair having ‘screaming matches’.

Britney and Sam29, married in a lavish ceremony last June TMZ claimed that Britney has gotten “physical” with Sam as marital tensions have boiled over.

They also reported having regular “shouting matches,” sometimes requiring security to step in, though the pair have continued to put up a united front ever since.

Britney is preparing to release her memoir, The Woman in Me, in November, and has already deleted a host of “annoying” content about her mother Lynne and her sister Jamie Lynn after reconciling with her estranged relatives.

She had originally expressed her “anger” in her book at the way her relatives handled her 13-year-old conservator.

In recent weeks, she has “let all this go” and made the decision to delete the harshest passages from her memoir in hopes that it will help her “heal” her relationship with Lynne and Jamie Lynn.

“Britney was not asked by Lynne or Jamie Lynn to delete some of the nasty things she had written about them,” the source revealed to DailyMail.com. “It was her choice to do this.”

The pop star was released from her 13-year conservatory in November 2021 – during which time her father Jamie, 71, handed over full control of her life.

When she started writing her book, the source said she was still dealing with feelings of resentment towards her family for the way they acted at the time.

However, she took to her Instagram Stories with an emotional poem that seemed to reference her conservatory to tease a “little project” she was working on.
