Britney Spears shares a throwback photo of son Sean after giving CONSENT to let sons move to Hawaii

Britney Spears uploaded a piece of candy retro photo from her son, Sean, in a new Instagram post shared Saturday.

The Baby One More Time hitmaker, 41, who recently agreed to let her two sons move to Hawaii with ex-husband, Kevin Federline, was seen strolling through a parking lot holding her oldest son in her arms .

The singer wore a long-sleeved blue blouse with ruffles along with dark gray jeans in the throwback snapshot.

In the caption of the star’s latest post, she penned two pink rose emojis for her 42.1 million fans and followers.

The photo comes shortly after Britney gave her consent to allow her sons Sean, 17, and Jayden, 16, to move to Aloha State with their father, Federline, who has sole custody of the boys.

Kevin will also be leaving sunny California with his current wife, Victoria Prince. In the past, Spears and the former backup dancer were married from 2004 until their divorce was finalized in 2007.

A source told DailyMail.com exclusively that the pop icon has “always been a loving and supportive mother” and has never opposed the plan to have her sons move out – despite Federline threatening legal action over an alleged failure to respond from Spears to the move request.

The source said: “Britney loves her kids, has always supported them and wants them to be happy.”

“Apart from being an icon, loved and respected by millions around the world, she has been a loving and supportive mother who has faithfully supported her children.”

The source also slammed Federline for creating a “false dispute” while Spears never interfered in his plan to move their children to Hawaii.

This comes after Federline gave ex Spears a deadline to approve his plan to move their sons to Hawaii, or threatened to go to court to have a judge approve the move.

That’s what Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TMZ he had asked Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, “several times” to send a letter or email saying the pop star was “okay with the move,” but has received nothing.

Kaplan said Federline plans to move on Aug. 1 and needs to arrange accommodation while his wife has a job offer at a local university but has yet to accept it.

Kaplan added “there shouldn’t be a problem” with the two boys, saying Federline has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, claiming Spears hasn’t seen her sons in “over a year.”

Kaplan also said he had given Rosengart a Friday deadline to respond — after which he will file legal papers asking for a warrant to leave.

The move could not be approved without a formal waiver from the star or a court order. DailyMail.com reached out to Federline and Spears’ lawyers for comment at the time.

While making plans to leave Los Angeles, Kevin and his wife, Victoria, have been sued by a private Christian school in California for more than $15,000 in tuition and unpaid fees for their two daughters – Jordan and Peyton, reported Page six.

The college preparatory institution officially filed a civil lawsuit against the couple last May, claiming that the two have “an outstanding balance of $15,593 for their daughters Jordan and Peyton’s school.”

In court documents obtained by the publication, both Kevin and Victoria violated a contract signed on August 1, 2018 “by failing to pay for services rendered at their special request and on credit.”

The school also claims that it had previously demanded payment, but that Federline and Prince reportedly “failed and refused” to pay and are still “failing and refusing to pay all or part of the remaining balance.”

The school is also asking for 10 percent interest per annum starting May 26, 2019 and attorney fees, in addition to the $15,593.

Britney’s recent Instagram post also comes after reports that she’s been having marital problems with husband, Sam Asghari. The couple will celebrate their one-year wedding anniversary later this month on June 9.

Despite the two reportedly dealing with problems in their marriage, a source told DailyMail.com that everything was fine.

“Everything is fine,” the insider said. “Sam is working on a project and she’s on vacation with [manager] Cade [Hudson].’ The two were recently spotted enjoying a relaxing walk in a post uploaded by the actor last month in May.
