Britney Spears reveals why she ‘loves taking pictures NAKED’ to post on Instagram in new memoir… as she returns to the social media platform after deleting account
Britney Spears opened up about why she often shares nude photos of herself on Instagram in her upcoming memoir The Woman In Me.
“I know many people don’t understand why I love taking pictures of myself naked or in new dresses,” she writes, according to excerpts from the tome of The New York Times.
“But I think if they had been photographed thousands of times by other people, titillated and posed for other people’s approval, they would understand that I get a lot of pleasure from posing the way I feel sexy and taking my own photo.”
The iconic pop star – who has been in the spotlight since her early 90s on The Mickey Mouse Club – has had a penchant for posting breathtaking photos to her social media platform in recent years.
Whether it’s in her backyard, at the beach or even while horseback riding, the ‘Toxic’ hitmaker pulls out all the stops and documents it with racy photos.

“I can’t imagine what it feels like to be a teenager going to high school,” Kevin previously said of his boys and their mother’s risqué snaps to iTVnews.
“Who knows how many people ask them about it or talk to them about it?”
The revelation on her Instagram nudes comes as Britney reactivated the platform just one day after its deactivation on Friday.
Britney rocked a simple white dress and wrote: ‘CLASSIC!!! I made this dress, no lie!!! It snapped at the back when I started shooting, OF COURSE!!! I waited three years to wear it… have no idea why??? HMMMM.”
The video appears to have been shot sometime last year, as a light-up Christmas tree was visible behind Britney for the entire duration.
The clip was supported by Cardi B’s 2018 song I Like It, featuring Bad Bunny and J Balvin.

Spears wrote that although she wanted the baby and “dreamed of a family” with Justin, who was also 19 at the time, he ultimately “wasn’t ready” for the responsibilities of fatherhood.
In an excerpt published by People, the singer recalled, “It was a surprise, but for me it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected that one day we would start a family together. This would just be a lot sooner than I expected.
“He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young. I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby.
‘I don’t know if that was the right decision. If it had been up to me alone, I would never have done it. And yet Justin was so sure he didn’t want to be a father.’
