Britney Spears ‘over-caffeinates herself with Red Bull and coffee – keeping star awake for up to THREE straight days’
Britney Spears drinks energy drinks nonstop – which can keep her awake for up to three straight days. TMZ reports.
The pop icon, 41, who reportedly had a fascination with knives in the past, would “overcaffeine himself non-stop” with Red Bull, Celsius, coffee and dandelion tea.
Celebrity Rehab presenter Dr. Drew Pinksy told the publication that mental illnesses crave the “high” that caffeinated drinks provide.
The singer revealed in 2021 that she had been diagnosed with bipolar disorder.
DailyMail.com has reached out to Britney Spears’ representatives for comment.

Spears regained control of her life in November 2021 after her 13-year conservatorship ended.
The terms of Spears’ conservatory transferred control of her estate to several figures, including her father Jamie Spears and conservator Jodi Montgomery, who succeeded her father.
After conservatory ended, she married her longtime beau Sam Asghari in June 2022.
In February, the star’s family and friends reportedly planned an intervention due to “she might die” concerns about escalating substance abuse and mental health issues.
Those close to Spears became alarmed at her “erratic” and “volatile” behavior as a result of taking drugs that “heat her up” and cause her to “fly off the handle” on a regular basis, TMZ reported.
It was also alleged that the Toxic hitmaker had become “increasingly combative and chaotic” before her loved ones intervened, reports People. The Toxic hitmaker sparked concern after being out after a “manic” restaurant episode in January.
Sources also exclusively told DailyMail.com that the mother-of-two is causing serious concern in her inner circle as she privately battles her depression.
“Everyone is worried about her because she’s very depressed,” a source close to the pop singer told me, adding that the former “bubbly” star has become an introvert.

The source adds that her depression is partly caused by her two sons – Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden James, 16, who she shares with ex-husband Kevin Federline – refusing to see her.
“Britney is not doing well, that’s right,” shared a friend who has known the singer for five years.
“She’s not the same bubbly person she used to be. It’s heartbreaking to see her like this.’
Sam also defended his wife, as he told Access’ Mario Lopez, “No action was taken. My wife is in complete control of her life and will continue to make all decisions involving her care regardless of the circumstances. Speculation about her health is inappropriate and should stop immediately.”
In her own post from Friday, Britney also criticized reports that she was “near death” and elaborated on her life, adding that she doesn’t have a team consisting of a “manager” and “doctors.”
“I don’t have a management team and never will in my life!!! I have no “doctors” !!! I take Prozac for depression and that’s about it!!!” she noted.
