Britney Spears’ one-time boyfriend Paul Soliz’s wife of eight years files for divorce and says they separated last year
Britney Spears’ former boyfriend Paul Soliz is headed to divorce court.
Nicole Mancilla, who has been married to Soliz for eight years, cited “irreconcilable differences” in a legal filing for the split, as reviewed by TMZ Wednesday.
Mancilla has asked the court for legal and physical custody of the four minor children she and Soliz share, according to the newspaper, noting that she is open to establishing a visitation schedule with him.
Mancilla has asked Soliz for spousal support, the newspaper reports, and has asked the court not to grant him support.
Mancilla said in legal documents that she and Soliz married in March 2015 and separated on June 29, 2023.

Soliz initially worked as a handyman and custodian at Spears’ Southern California home before they became romantically linked.
He was with Spears last May during an incident at the Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles in which paramedics were called during a rampage.
Mancilla told Ny Breaking.com in May about his romance with the Oops!… I Did It Again artist: ‘Just let them know that my husband fell for Britney Spears’ p**** – he was married, and now he denies his children. He neglects his children for her.”
The Grammy-winning singer, 42, was spotted with Soliz and some of his children as recently as August, amid reports that they had split.
Mancilla told Ny Breaking.com that Soliz is the father of a total of nine children, and struggles to support them financially, sarcastically calling him ‘the EBT Nick Cannon’.
Mancilla said the Los Angeles Department for Child Support Services had pursued Soliz for unpaid child support.
Mancilla, who lives in Sylmar, California, with her mother, Sandra Smith, who said Soliz does not support “any of” his children.
Smith said: “They have a one-year-old together and he doesn’t pay attention to that either.

Mancilla told Ny Breaking.com that Soliz is the father of nine children in total, and struggles to support them financially, sarcastically calling him ‘the EBT Nick Cannon’.
She added: “He’s a lousy father. It’s hard for me because he doesn’t support one child. And they are at my house.
‘Nicole is torn by everything. This has been going on for five years. And he doesn’t leave her alone, he keeps coming back. I wouldn’t let him see the kids if it were me.
‘She does that because she wants them to have a father. But I wouldn’t want a father like that.’
