Britney Spears’ husband, Sam Asghari, has shared a poster and clips from his latest movie, Hot Seat, starring Mel Gibson.

The film made its limited debut in July, with a home video release in various other foreign territories throughout the summer.

The 28-year-old Iranian-born actor, who recently appeared in a video with his wife Britney Spears heading to New York City, took to Instagram on Wednesday night to share a glimpse of the film.

“A throwback, some action, and a lot of profanity,” Asghari said in the post, along with a flexed emoji.

The first slide featured a foreign Hot Seat poster, in which he tagged co-star Kevin Dillon, distributor Lionsgate, director James Cullen Bressack, and producer Randall Emmett.

He also shared a video of his character Sergeant Tobias interacting with Mel Gibson’s Wallace Reed and Eddie Steeples’ Jackson.

The video features some profanity-laden exchanges, including a scene where Tobias informs the bomb squad of a dangerous situation.

He also shared a snap of him going over lines with Gibson while holding up a script and a behind-the-scenes video of an on-set action scene.

The post comes just days after his wife Britney Spears, whom he married in June, boarded a private plane for a getaway to New York City.

While it’s unclear what the couple is up to in the Big Apple, Asghari also recently debunked rumors that he’s monitoring his wife’s social media.

After Britney briefly deactivated her Instagram account once again, Asghari took to her Instagram Story to debunk the rumor that he’s controlling her social media.

‘Social media can be traumatizing. Sometimes it’s good to take a break. She has her voice and she is a free woman. I respect her privacy and protect her at all times,” she wrote, adding: “Thank you to all of her protective fans.”

He added that he does not post photos or videos of his wife, “24/7” out of “respect for her privacy,” adding that he always asks for permission if he does.

‘Because of my work I have to attend many events. It would be an honor if she joins. For her those things are not fun. they are frantic [sic] and full of stress’, he said about why they don’t usually attend red carpets together.

Spears and Asghari also shared a short video where Asghari said “Merry Christmas” to his wife’s followers as he hugged her.
