Britney Spears goes fully NAKED on Instagram with very cheeky snap – amid bombshell tell-all that detailed her misery under 13-year conservatorship
Britney Spears has continued to bare all after the release of her tell-all, The Woman In Me.
The Gimme More singer, 41, went completely naked on Instagram with a very cheeky photo taken on the beach.
The photo, posted on Thursday, showed Britney showing off her pert derriere as she struck an over-the-shoulder pose with her hands clasped beneath her face.
She appeared makeup-free and wore her blonde hair partially up in a fashionably messy beach look.
Britney did not caption the photo and shared it following the publication of her highly anticipated memoir, which detailed her woes under her 13-year conservatorship.

In it, she opened up about the “strict diet” imposed on her father Jamie Spears for two years, which consisted of chicken and canned vegetables.
In her memoir The Woman In Me, Spears described how the diet came about during her conservatorship and how she “begged” her butler for “real food.”
Spears, 41, begged for a burger and ice cream, but was continually turned away due to her father’s “strict orders.”
The singer claimed her father – who was appointed conservator of her finances and personal life in 2008 – started the diet after repeatedly telling her she looked “fat”.
Now that the foods she really wanted to eat are being removed from her diet by someone other than her, Spears said she eventually felt like her “body wasn’t hers anymore.”
“I felt scared,” Britney said. “I’ll be honest, I was fucking miserable.”
“So for two years I ate almost nothing but canned chicken and vegetables,” she wrote.
“Two years is a long time to not be able to eat what you want, especially when it’s your body, your work and your soul that makes the money everyone lives on,” she said.

‘Two years of asking for fries and being told no. I found it so humiliating.’
But despite dieting and exercising, Britney ended up gaining weight – exactly the “opposite” of what her father had hoped for.
“Even though I wasn’t eating that much, he made me feel so ugly and like I wasn’t good enough,” she said.
“Maybe it’s because of the power of your thoughts: whatever you think you are, you become.”
Britney says she “just gave in” to whatever her father wanted because she was “so beaten down,” she adds in her memoir.
Over the years of her body being scrutinized by the media and her own family, Britney was also used to others talking about her figure.

“My body was strong enough to carry two children and agile enough to execute every choreographed move perfectly on stage,” she described. “And now here I was, logging every calorie so people could get rich off my body.”
Britney said she was the only one who found it ‘outrageous’ that her food intake was so tightly controlled.
“My family stayed in Destin, a beautiful beach town in Florida, in a ridiculously nice apartment I bought for them, and ate delicious food every night while I was hungry and at work,” she said.
Jamie took control of his eldest daughter’s life and finances after a number of highly publicized mental health issues, including famously shaving her head.
It started as a temporary arrangement but became permanent in late 2008.

After 13 years of fighting, Britney was officially released from conservatorship in November 2021.
Britney made headlines a year ago when she eviscerated her father on Instagram, writing, “I honestly felt like my dad was trying to kill me and I hope he burns in hell.”
Jamie has kept a relatively low profile since being suspended as head of the conservatory in September 2021, a move that was made permanent two months later.
However, DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that he was living with his youngest daughter Jamie Lynn Spears after a stint in rehab for alcoholism.

The Woman in Me will be released with an audio version narrated by Oscar-nominated actress Michelle Williams.
Britney recorded a small portion of the book and avoided telling chapters that discussed her family because the content was “too painful to retell.” TMZ recently reported.
Britney is the third member of her family to release her own autobiography.
Her mother wrote Through The Storm: A Real Story of Fame And Family In A Tabloid World in 2008 and her younger sister, Jamie Lynn, published Things I Should Have Said last year.
