Britney Spears flashes her underwear as she dances around in a sheer red dress amid legal drama for ‘driving without a licence’

Britney Spears returned to Instagram on Wednesday with another provocative dance for her followers.

The singer, 41, donned a sheer red bodycon dress as she posed and strutted across the floor to Tove Lo’s Habits (Stay High).

Britney looked relaxed and confident in the snap, which comes after she was allegedly ‘stopped and ticketed’ for driving without a license or proof of insurance in her car by the California Highway Patrol.

The pop star paired the dress with black heels and a choker necklace as she went braless underneath the dress, showing off her black thong underwear.

Teasing her fans with the caption, she simply wrote: ‘Hello’.

It comes after court documents obtained by The Blast revealed the incident happened on September 10, just a month after her estranged husband Sam Asghari filed for divorce.

While it is unknown why she was initially pulled over, law enforcement claims she did not have a “valid license in her possession” and did not “provide the officer with proof of financial responsibility.”

The mother of two was fined $1,140 and “must pay by October 24, which is also her court date.”

Coincidentally, the court date is also the same date her memoir, The Woman in Me, is due to hit bookstores.

She won’t have to physically attend court that day, but she will need a lawyer to “provide proof” that her driver’s license is valid and she has insurance.

Last year, the Grammy winner was caught driving “at a speed that is unsafe for the prevailing conditions” and was fined for the offense on March 10, 2022.

The citation comes months after doctors advised Spears to be careful behind the wheel as she re-entered the world from a conservatorship that kept her from driving for 13 years.

Then the source said People: ‘Britney is very happy that the conservatorship now allows her to drive.’

“She’s ecstatic and extremely grateful for all the help she’s getting right now,” the insider added.

In recent years, Britney has struggled on the road.

In 2006, before she became a conservationist, she caused controversy when she was photographed driving with her then five-month-old son Sean Preston in her lap.

After the incident, she apologized, she reportedly said Access Hollywood: ‘I made a mistake and that’s how it is, I guess.’

The following year, Spears was caught apparently running over paparazzi’s toes in Beverly Hills, MTV.

Around the same time in 2007, she was caught on camera committing a series of traffic violations, including running a red light, driving while using her phone and making the wrong turn.

That same year, ex-husband Kevin Federline also asked a judge to stop Britney from driving their two sons, Jaden and Sean, now 17 and 18.
