The model, 30, shared a New Year’s Eve post on Wednesday by posting a series of loved-up snaps with real estate agent Brooke.

The beautiful blonde, who handles real estate sales in Beverly Hills, Brentwood and the Westside of Los Angeles, was first spotted with Sam in September.

Sam and Brooke looked every bit the happy couple in the photos where they relaxed together on a beach and shared a late kiss.

Brooke prefers to keep a low profile. Sam hasn’t tagged her in any of his photos and she keeps her Instagram account private with 400 followers.

Sam filed for divorce from Britney in August 2023 after 14 months of marriage. The divorce was officially finalized in May last year when the couple reached a settlement.

The new romance marks a change of heart for Sam, who recently opened up We weekly he focused on his career.

He joked, “Right now I’m dating a high-maintenance girl and, you know, I have to get her nails done and take her to the dog park and feed her nice food and get her really nice treats.”

“That’s what I’m focusing on right now. And [a] A career is something that will take 100 percent of your time, and I really put all that effort and put all my thoughts into acting… [and my] producing career.’

Sam emphasized, “My goals are always the opposite of my personality. That takes a lot of time, so I don’t really focus on that [dating] at this moment.’
