Britney Spears’ estranged husband, Sam Asghari, was spotted in Beverly Hills on Tuesday amid the couple’s “ugly” divorce.
The 29-year-old actor – who the singer believes worked ‘secretly’ with her father Jamie Spears – looked happy as he walked into luxury supermarket Erewhon.
He showed off his buff biceps in a black V-neck sleeveless shirt that he paired with matching sweatpants.
Asghari completed his sporty look with sneakers, sunglasses and a black one brimless hat.
He was photographed leaving Erewhon with a nutritious smoothie in hand.

The 29-year-old actor – who the singer believes worked ‘secretly’ with her father Jamie Spears – looked happy as he walked into luxury supermarket Erewhon.
The actor is currently in the middle of divorce proceedings with his estranged wife, Britney Spears, 41.
The former couple first met when he appeared in the 41-year-old hitmaker’s music video for her song Slumber Party in 2016.
The singer was married to Jason Allen Alexander for a short period in 2004, and the Toxic singer continued with Kevin Federline, with whom she tied the knot in 2005.
Spears and her second husband went on to welcome sons Sean and Jayden, 17 and 16, though they eventually divorced in 2007.
She eventually moved on with Asghari, and the couple held a star-studded wedding ceremony in June last year.
The couple had planned to welcome a child before the start of their marriage, but the singer suffered a tragic miscarriage last May.
Asghari and Spears stayed together for just over a year before announcing their split last month.
Sources then spoke to NBC news and revealed that the couple had lived separately until then.

The actor’s manager, Brandon Cohen, later publicly stated that his client would not challenge his prenuptial agreement.
Asghari also shared a statement of his own on his Instagram account to express his feelings about the split.
In the note, the artist noted that he, as well as his estranged wife, “will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other,” and said he would “always wish (Spears) well.”
Although he was tight-lipped about the details of his breakup, the actor said of the end of his relationship: “S*** happens.”
