Britney Spears‘ estranged husband Sam Asghari posted a series of photos on Instagram on Wednesday showing off the classic car he owns, after news broke that the pop star had been ticketed last month for driving without a license or proof of insurance.

The 29-year-old actor, who filed for divorce from the Grammy-winning singer, 41, in August, took to Instagram on Wednesday with a series of posts documenting his work day, which includes cars.

The Iranian-born, Tehran-based actor-model was seen behind the wheel of a convertible on his way to Gold’s Gym for a workout.

He wore a maroon tank top with black shorts and sunglasses on a day out in Southern California.

Asghari – who came to Spears’ defense last week after Donald Trump Jr. posted offensive memes of the singer – he also shared a clip of a tractor tire with the words ‘Working Time’.

The trip came a day later The Blastciting court documents, reported that Spears On September 10, she was ‘stopped and ticketed’ by the California Highway Patrol for driving without a license or proof of insurance in her car.

While it is unknown why she was initially pulled over, law enforcement sources said she did not have a “valid license in her possession” and did not “provide the peace officer with proof of financial responsibility.”

The Lucky singer was fined $1,140 and “must pay by October 24, 2023, which is her court date.”

Coincidentally, the court date is also the same date her memoir, The Woman in Me, is due to hit bookstores.

She won’t have to physically attend court that day, but she will need a lawyer to “provide proof” that her driver’s license is valid and she has insurance.

Last year, the Oops!…I Did It Again artist was caught driving at an “unsafe speed for the prevailing conditions” and fined for the offense on March 10, 2022.

The citation comes months after doctors advised Spears to be careful behind the wheel as she re-entered the world from a conservatorship that kept her from driving for 13 years.

Around the same time in 2007, she was caught on camera committing a series of traffic violations, including running a red light, driving while using her phone and making the wrong turn.

That same year, ex-husband Kevin Federline also asked a judge to stop Britney from driving their two sons, Jaden and Sean, now 17 and 18.

Last week, the I’m Not a Girl, Not Yet a Woman singer said she already has a second memoir in the works ahead of the much-anticipated release of her first.

The Woman in Me is described as “a brave and stunningly moving story of freedom, glory, motherhood, survival, faith and hope.”
