The file states: “If you do not wish to proceed with this case, you must file a motion to dismiss with the court.”
This means that Britney likely hasn’t received divorce papers yet, despite their separation being announced in August.
Sam’s attorney is asked to participate in a status conference on November 15 at 8:30 am.
The document reads: ‘If you file proof of service or motion to dismiss before the above hearing date, you will not be required to attend this status conference.’
According to the documents, if a proof of service or motion to dismiss is not filed or if he does not participate in the conference, Sam may have to pay a court fine and the case will be dismissed.
In Sam’s divorce document, filed in LA Superior Court, he stated that he filed for divorce due to “irreconcilable differences.”
He checked the boxes to indicate that he wants spousal support, and that Britney should pay attorneys’ fees and court costs.
When it comes to real estate, the document states: “Petitioner has yet to determine the full nature and extent of each party’s separate properties and liabilities. There are various community and quasi-community assets and debts, the full nature and extent of which the applicant is not currently aware of.’

However, it appears he will miss out on his multi-million dollar spousal support request because there was a huge loophole in their rock-solid prenuptial agreement.
The agreement would include a part that Sam would receive $1 million in spousal support for every two years they were married. Although they started dating in 2016, their marriage lasted only 14 months.
However, sources have told TMZ that while Sam will not receive spousal support due to the prenuptial agreement, he could receive a one-time check from Britney to prevent him from sharing “embarrassing information” about their marriage.
The prenup is thought to contain an ‘extensive confidentiality clause’ banning Sam from discussing his relationship with Britney.
It is said that Britney and Sam’s lawyers will negotiate, and it is likely that the singer will write a one-time check for several hundred thousand dollars to keep the confidentiality clause in place.
If Sam were to breach the agreement, he would have to return the money.
Sam has denied claims he plans to challenge his $10 million prenuptial agreement with Britney.
But Sam’s rep Brandon Cohen has now tellingly denied these claims The Hollywood Reporter: ‘There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenuptial agreement and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos.
“However, all of these claims are false, and no negative intent has ever been directed at her and never will be. Sam has always supported her and will always support her.”
Furthermore, it seems unlikely that Sam will take much away from his marriage to Britney, with the prenuptial agreement stating that he was entitled to “$1 million every two years” of their marriage, with a maximum of $10 million after fifteen years. Unpleasant American weekly.
Sam is also said to have relinquished all claims to Britney’s music collection, and his name is not listed on the deeds to their shared home in Thousand Oaks, California.
The couple spent $11.8 million on the estate, although much of that came from Britney’s fortune.
According to the prenup, Britney and Sam agreed to put the house into a limited liability company, or LLC, in the event of a divorce.
Since she and Sam tied the knot, Britney has increased her fortune by signing a $15 million deal with publisher Simon & Schuster for a tell-all memoir titled The Woman In Me.
The star also returned to music by releasing two new singles, a new version of Tiny Dancer featuring Elton John and Mind Your Business featuring will.i.am.
Britney also signed an underlying rights deal for the jukebox music Once Upon a One More Time, meaning she can receive income from ticket sales, along with touring and licensing.
It is currently unclear whether the prenuptial agreement states whether Sam is entitled to the money he earns after they get married.
On Thursday, TMZ reported that Sam had suspected the Grammy-winning singer had cheated on him with an associate at the Southern California home they shared, and that video footage recorded on the property implies Britney is unfaithful.
Sam suspected that Britney, who was described as “in a fragile and hypersexualized state,” had also asked an employee to film her while she was naked.
It’s unclear if the employee she allegedly asked to film her is also the same person she allegedly cheated on with.
Britney’s alleged behavior was described by a source at the outlet as risky “for her own safety”; and that her infidelity convinced Sam to move forward with his divorce filing.
