Britney Spears AGREES to let sons move to Hawaii with ex Kevin Federline

Britney Spears has agreed to her ex-husband Kevin Federline’s plan to move their two sons to Hawaii.

Federline, 45, has sole custody of Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and plans to move from LA with his children and wife Victoria Prince in August.

A source told DailyMail.com exclusively that the pop icon, 41, “has always been a loving and supportive mother” and has never opposed the plan to have her sons move out – despite Federline threatening legal action over a Spears’ alleged failure to respond to the transfer request.

The source said: ‘Britney loves her children, has always supported them and wants them to be happy.

“Apart from being an icon, loved and respected by millions around the world, she has been a loving and supportive mother who has faithfully supported her children.”

The source also slammed Federline for creating a “false dispute” while Spears never interfered in his plan to move their children to Hawaii.

This comes next Federline gave ex Spears a deadline to approve his plan to move their sons Hawaii — or threatened to go to court to have a judge approve the move.

Federline’s attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, told TMZ he had asked Spears’ attorney, Mathew Rosengart, “several times” to send a letter or email saying the pop star was “okay with the move.” , but he received nothing.

Kaplan said Federline plans to move on Aug. 1 and needs to arrange accommodation while his wife has a job offer at a local university but has yet to accept it.

Kaplan added “there shouldn’t be a problem” with the two boys, saying Federline has 100% legal custody and 100% de facto physical custody, claiming Spears hasn’t seen her sons in “over a year.”

Kaplan said he had given Rosengart a Friday deadline to respond — after which he will file legal papers asking for a move injunction.

The move could not be approved without a formal waiver from the star or a court order. DailyMail.com reached out to Federline and Spears’ lawyers for comment at the time.

It comes as Britney’s marriage to Sam Asghari is reportedly in “deep trouble” with the pair having “screaming matches.”

And now Britney could get even more heartbroken when her two boys move hundreds of miles to Hawaii in July.

According to reports, Kevin got his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan to send a letter to Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, asking if she would be happy to have her sons permanently settled in Hawaii.

TMZ Kevin’s lawyers expect to hear back within a week. If she refuses, he will go to a judge and seek permission – but sources don’t think it will come to that.

An insider told the publication that the reason behind the move is that Victoria has been offered a job, Kevin can work as a DJ, while the guys get a more private life away from the busy Los Angeles scene.

They added that Jayden would be able to take classes remotely, while Sean would have graduated by then.

MailOnline has reached out to representatives for Britney and Kevin for comment.

Britney has previously shared her grief over having a strained relationship with her beloved sons.

Last year, the singer admitted that “a part of her had passed away,” as she hadn’t seen her sons for six months and they weren’t present at her wedding to Sam.

Kevin, meanwhile, said the “guys have decided they’re not seeing her now,” noting that it’s been a rough few months for them since a judge ruled to terminate her 13-year-old conservatory.

It’s a tough time for Britney, whose marriage is reportedly on the brink.

Britney and Sam29, married in a lavish ceremony last June TMZ now claims that Britney got “physical” with Sam as marital tensions have boiled over.

They also report having frequent “screaming parties,” sometimes requiring security to intervene.

Ahead of the publication’s documentary on Britney, which premieres Monday, May 15, they further claim that Sam rarely stays at their house anymore.

Reps for Sam and Britney were contacted for further comment.

It comes after Britney posted a sarcastic comment about relationships on her Instagram last week.

The pop superstar reposted the caption: “In every relationship, there’s a person who immediately falls asleep and the other person who lies awake wondering how that is possible.”

The post was credited to the Thoughts From Aisle 4 blog, which was written by Marlene Kern Fischer.

It wasn’t clear from Britney’s comment why exactly she chose the post, or if it was meant to refer to her marital situation with husband Sam.

Last month, the couple was rumored to be going through marital trouble when they were each pictured without their wedding rings.

An insider told DailyMail.com that despite reports, all was well between the couple.

“Everything is fine,” the source said, adding, “Sam is working on a project and she’s on vacation with [manager] Cade [Hudson].’

Asghari shared a clip of him walking with Britney, grinning next to the blonde star as they posed in front of a stunning ocean view.

“Walk with my wife,” Asghari wrote, treating his three million followers to a glimpse of him and his wife.

The Toxic singer looked buxom in a low-cut pink tank top while her wannabe action star wore a blue Versace gym shirt.

Sam flashed his dazzling smile at the camera as Britney playfully stuck out her tongue.

Prior to her marriage to the fitness guru turned actor, Spears was married to backup dancer Federline from 2004 to 2007.

And prior to her infamous three-year marriage to “K-Fed,” she had a whirlwind Vegas fling with childhood friend Jason Alexander in 2004 that was later annulled.

Britney said “yes” to her partner of five years Sam at her Thousand Oaks home last June and stunned in a flowy Versace dress.

The wedding ceremony – the singer’s third – was not attended by her estranged relatives, father Jamie Spears, mother Lynne Spears and sister Jamie Lynn Spears.

Also missing were her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.
