A British YouTuber with more than 4.2 million subscribers is being threatened with extradition over sexual assaults on underage girls in Poland, it has been claimed.
Stuart Burton, known online as Stuu, fled to Britain after Polish prosecutors issued an arrest warrant for him following allegations of sexual abuse.
The alleged attacks are said to have taken place in Poland, while Burton – who was born in London and has both a British and Polish passport – was living there.
The 31-year-old is due for a full extradition hearing in February 2024. The mirror reports.
Burton was arrested in Britain last month after a series of teenage girls came forward claiming they had been coerced into sex or received “filthy” messages from the influencer.

The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) confirmed Burton faces one charge of sexual touching in 2015 and a further three in 2018.
In the more recent alleged attack, Burton – who has generated more than a billion views with his YouTube videos – is accused of providing alcohol to a minor.
The YouTuber, who now lives in Luton, was arrested after a video was released by Polish filmmaker Sylwester Wardega, which accused Burton and other content creators of sexual relations with underage girls.
The video shows that during his stay in Poland in 2014, Burton allegedly had contact with a 13-year-old girl, proposed meetings with her and sent erotic messages.
Screenshots of alleged conversations, interviews and video recordings posted online also claim that ‘Stuu’ regularly invited girls under the age of 15 to his apartment, allegedly kissed a 13-year-old and had ‘secret’ photos of them naked in bed made.
He then allegedly told the girls not to say anything because it could affect his relationship with his sponsors.
The accusations rocked the Polish YouTube community and caused ministers to become involved.
He found himself at the center of a scandal in Poland after a series of girls came forward claiming they had either been coerced into sex or received ‘filthy’ messages from the influencer.

A spokesperson for the Polish prosecutor said last month: ‘The evidence collected during the investigation made it possible to make a decision against Stuart B.
‘The charges concern sexual abuse of minors under the age of 15 and serving alcohol to minors.
“We are currently awaiting the decision of the British court which will consider our request for the suspect’s extradition to Poland.”
Burton’s YouTube profile picture currently says “offline” and he hasn’t posted a video in three years.
He was released on bail by Westminster magistrates last month. Burton has an electronic tag and must stay at his home in Luton every night.
His Polish and British passports have been seized by Bedfordshire police.
Burton has denied all allegations and accusations.
